🚨 Neighborhood Crime Alert – Please Stay Aware 🚨

Dear Neighbors,

We want to inform you of two recent robbery incidents in our area to help everyone stay alert and take necessary precautions:

🔹 Incident 1 – Armed Commercial Robbery
On the night of Monday, July 14, a robbery at gunpoint occurred at the Aldi located at 2550 Gessner Rd.

🔹 Incident 2 – Residential Burglary
On Friday, July 18, a home on Rothbury St was burglarized during daylight hours. The perpetrator entered by going through a side fence and gaining access through a rear door. Items were taken from the home. A neighbor spotted the burglar as he was leaving through a side gate while the homeowner arrived home through the front. The incident was quickly reported to law enforcement.

What You Can Do:

• Be mindful of your surroundings, especially at night.

• Lock all doors and windows, and consider installing motion-activated lighting and security cameras.

• Report any suspicious activity immediately to local authorities.

• If you have any footage or information related to either incident, please share it with the police.
